Brooke joined Nix, Patterson & Roach in 2018, with her practice focusing on complex litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Brooke clerked for the Honorable Raymond P. Moore of the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado. Her previous experience includes work in both the public sector and private practice.
Brooke attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she graduated with highest honors and received the highest score in the class for Torts I and Legal Research & Writing. While at OU, Brooke served as the Research Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review. She also became a member of the Order of Barristers, competing in the National Criminal Procedure Moot Court competition. Brooke also dedicated significant time to the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program and in assisting victim’s in filing Victim Protection Orders, which culminated in her receipt of a Pro Bono Service Award for community service through law.
