Kirk Voss is an attorney who has spent his legal career representing clients throughout the country in a variety of matters, including patent, copyright, trade secret, products liability, domain name disputes, and general civil litigation.

Prior to joining Nix, Patterson and Roach LLP, Kirk began his career at a Dallas-based IP boutique. While there, he helped inventors and small business protect their intellectual property. Before Kirk went to law school, he worked as a systems engineer at Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control. At Lockheed, Kirk developed and maintained simulation software for a variant of the PATRIOT missile system.

Outside of work, Kirk enjoys cycling, watching Dallas sports, and eating good food.
