Biography
Nathan joined the firm’s complex litigation group in 2018 after clerking for the Honorable Justice Patrick R. Wyrick of the Oklahoma Supreme Court. Before that, Nathan served as Assistant Solicitor General for the State of Oklahoma, where he litigated on behalf of the State in its most high-profile disputes, including cases in front of the Oklahoma Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
Nathan graduated first in his class from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he served as editor of the school’s flagship law review and distinguished himself as an exceptional moot-court advocate. His skills for both written and oral advocacy in school culminated in his induction into the national Orders of Scribes and Barristers.
