Biography
Nicholas joined Nix Patterson in 2020 and focuses his practice on complex civil litigation.  Nicholas has over a decade of experience in representing plaintiffs to enforce their patent rights in the Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of Texas, as well as the Northern District of California and the District of Delaware.  His experience has also encompassed trademark and copyright matters, trade secret cases, and breach of contract disputes.
 
Nicholas graduated with Honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor for the Texas Review of Law and Politics.  Nicholas also interned at the Supreme Court of Texas, the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, and at the Travis County District Attorney’s Office.
