Throughout their careers, both have worked for the firm\u2019s complex commercial litigation team, which handles class actions, oil and gas litigation, securities fraud,<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><i>qui tam<\/i><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span>cases, and state attorneys general litigation.&nbsp; Last year, Mr. Pate and Mr. Duck served on the trial team for the State of Oklahoma in its historic litigation against opioid manufacturers. The litigation resulted in over $360 million in settlements.<\/p>\n<p>Firm senior partner Brad Beckworth stated, \u201cDrew and Trey have been a major part of our firm\u2019s success over the past several years.
