Illumina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On November 4, 2013, the federal judge overseeing this litigation in Tacoma, Washington denied the defendants\u2019 motion for new trial and motion for judgment as a matter of law, finalizing the $115 million judgment against Illumina along with the eight percent running royalty ordered following a two week jury trial.&nbsp;
