The result was a hazardous, unmarked void in the floor that, in fact, was the top of the stairs. NP represented a woman who fell into that void and <a href=\"https:\/\/nixlaw.com\/practice-areas\/catastrophic-injury-lawyers\/ptsd-lawyers\/\">suffered horrific injuries<\/a>. Though the hotel owner attempted to lay the blame at the feet of the hotel\u2019s architect and city inspector, NP achieved a significant, confidential recovery from the hotel on behalf of its client.<\/p>\n<p>NP was able to achieve this confidential settlement for our client through careful investigation, selection of the experts, and tireless pursuit of our client&#8217;s rights.
