The class members in this case alleged Laredo unlawfully deducted certain post-production costs from the class members\u2019 royalty payments. As a result of NP\u2019s hard work and dedication to this action spanning nearly three years, the firm obtained a settlement with Laredo and its successors EnerVest and FourPoint of $6,651,997 on behalf of the class.<\/p>\n<p>The class was represented by NP partners Bradley Beckworth, Jeffrey Angelovich, and Susan Whatley, Lisa Baldwin, Drew Pate, and Trey
