NPR Files Suit on Behalf of The Scripps Research Institute Against Illumina

NPR is representing Scripps Research Institute—the renowned biomedical research institute—in a lawsuit against Illumina. The Scripps Research Institute alleges that Illumina’s BeadChip DNA microarrays infringe one of its patents.
The case is filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
NPR partner Derek Gilliland leads the NPR team, along with associate Winn Cutler. Bruce Zabarauskas and William Katz, both of Thompson & Knight LLP also represent the Scripps Research Institute.
