Nix Patterson, LLP is pleased to announce that Trey Duck and Drew Pate have been elected partners.
Drew started at the firm in 2011, and Trey joined in 2012. Throughout their careers, both have worked for the firm’s complex commercial litigation team, which handles class actions, oil and gas litigation, securities fraud, qui tam cases, and state attorneys general litigation. Last year, Mr. Pate and Mr. Duck served on the trial team for the State of Oklahoma in its historic litigation against opioid manufacturers. The litigation resulted in over $360 million in settlements.
