On Friday, March 13, 2026, Nix Patterson trial attorneys Cody Hill, Ryan Herring and Matthew Guerra won an incredible $2,765,000.00 verdict for our client, Tina Greer, in the District Court of Washington County Oklahoma. Tina was injured when she fell from a stage at the Bartlesville Hilton Garden Inn hotel. She was there to be inducted into the Bartlesville Sports Hall of Fame with her teammates from the 1982 state championship Bartlesville High School Lady Bruins softball team.
We alleged that Defendants were negligent and grossly negligent in their installation of the stage. The jury awarded $2,615,000 in actual damages and $150,000 in punitive damages. This is the largest personal injury verdict in the history of Washington County.
