Shook: Litigation, Regulation, and Legislation Strategies to Better Protect Oklahoma’s Earthquake Insurance Policyholders, 72 Okla. L. Rev. 963 (2020)

Nick Marr joined Nix Patterson’s Oklahoma City office in 2020. Nick represents injured parties across the country in an array of matters, including claims against insurance companies that engage in bad faith claims handling practices, as well as claims against the manufacturers of defective or harmful medical, pharmaceutical, and consumer products. Additionally, he represents whistleblowers who uncover fraud upon the federal and/or state government and individuals who have lost their homes and belongings in devastating wildfires.

Nick graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2020, where he served as a member of the National Moot Court Competition team and as a Note and Comment Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review. He continues to serve as a coach for the school’s moot court and trial teams.
