Nix Patterson partner Neil Smith and his good friend Cameron Spradling represented 14 young ladies that were sexually abused by a teacher’s assistant at Perry, Oklahoma public schools. Neil and Cameron established liability for Civil Rights and Title IX violations. They obtained a judgment against the school for $3.5 million.
