Christina Yarnell is an experienced trial attorney who serves many vital roles as a litigation attorney, strategic client consultant and an executive in the firm.
Christina works directly with the firm’s Managing Partner, Brad Beckworth, and our Management Committee, in handling the Firm’s operations.
As our Chief Talent Officer, Christina manages our recruitment of top legal talent, including our Summer Associate Program, and related hiring and retention efforts. She also supports the firm’s marketing and business development teams.
In addition to her executive roles, she also maintains an active docket.
Christina works with Brad Beckworth to provide strategic consulting and crisis management services for several corporate and high-profile individual clients. Our clients know who to call 24/7 if a crisis arises—but, more importantly, they know they can work with Christina and Brad to prevent a crisis from ever arising in the first place.
Prior to her litigation background, Christina spent time working in a public strategies firm. We believe her combined experience provides our clients with a unique perspective not often offered by a trial firm.
Christina also leverages her personal injury litigation experience and prior role as the Trial Director for a boutique litigation firm to not only work on complex personal injury matters, but also oversee the Firm’s focus group testing, mock trials and jury research. As part of this work, Christina often works directly with the trial team as we transition from mock trial to the real thing. As a result, Christina has worked on many of the firm’s significant trials, including our recent $1,680,000,000 verdict in Monahan v. James Toback.
In addition, Christina has been actively involved on various pro bono matters, including work with the Attorney General’s office and local non-profits specializing in immigration matters, as an immigration advocate. On June 19, 2025, in recognition for her work helping victims of labor trafficking, the State Bar of Texas named Christina the winner of the Frank Scurlock Award. The State Bar gives this award annually to the State’s outstanding individual pro bono lawyer.
In 2023, Christina began working with Partner Trey Duck to found the Central Texas Federal Bench Bar Conference, which debuted in 2024. In less than one year, the annual CTBB Conference has become a sold-out event attended by judges, leading legal scholars, and hundreds of lawyers.
Christina earned her law degree from the University of Texas and her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
