The claims submission process for all qualifying GranuFlo and NaturaLyte claims on file against Fresenius Medical Care officially began on July 28, 2017. Counsel for Plaintiffs will have until November 10, 2017 to upload all claims into the settlement portal being administered by Epiq.
Once all claims are submitted, Epiq will begin evaluating each claim and its supporting documentation for a determination of whether it is a qualifying claim, and if so, the amount of points assigned to that claim. Any party who disagrees with Epiq’s claim determination may appeal the same in accordance with the terms of the Final Allocation Plan and the Settlement Agreement.
