The claims submission process for all qualifying GranuFlo and NaturaLyte claims on file against Fresenius Medical Care officially ended on November 10, 2017.
The Settlement Administrator, Epiq, continues processing all claims submitted by counsel for Plaintiffs. Epiq anticipates the claims will be processed sometime in January 2018. Upon determination by Epiq as to whether a particular claim qualifies for payment under the settlement, any party who disagrees with Epiq’s claim determination may appeal the same in accordance with the terms of the Final Allocation Plan and the Settlement Agreement.
