Nix Patterson Continues to Work Remotely During the COVID-19 Crisis

We hope that each of you and your families are staying safe and healthy during the current crisis.

As part of our efforts to keep our employees and their families safe, and to assist in the societal goal of preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus, beginning March 16, 2020, Nix Patterson closed its offices and implemented its remote work program for all attorneys, paralegals and professional support staff.

Significantly, our provision of legal services to our clients will remain uninterrupted. Our business operations are continuing normally and all services we provide to our clients, including Securities Monitoring, have not been impacted or interrupted. Please note, however, that both state and federal courts have significantly limited in person hearings and certain courts are temporarily closed.

The Firm’s main business line has been forwarded to select paralegals. In the event you are unable to speak with a paralegal during business hours, please leave a message and your message will be routed to the appropriate professional. We encourage you to use email as your primary communication method.

We continue to monitor the fluid situation presented by this virus and will advise you if additional operational changes are required. We appreciate the trust and confidence you have placed in us and stand ready to assist and support our clients during these trying times. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or concerns.
