NP represented a minor victim of sexual abuse in a lawsuit against a Hindu temple based in Austin, Texas.
A self-described Hindu Guru calling himself Prakashanand Saraswati founded a temple near Austin, Texas. Saraswati was convicted of molesting underage girls but jumped bail and is now a wanted fugitive. He and his followers permitted other “gurus” to sexually abuse children. NP partner Neil Smith represented one of those victims regarding abuse that occurred in India. Neil successfully held jurisdiction over the Defendants in Texas and brought the case to resolution.
