Ondrisek v. Bernie Hoffman (aka Tony Alamo)

Tony Alamo Christian Ministries is a church founded by televangelist Tony Alamo. Alamo directed the beatings of several children in his church as corporal punishment. NP partner Neil Smith worked with his good friend David Carter of Mercy Carter. The case concluded with several confidential settlements. And, more importantly, Smith and Carter seized two of Alamo’s churches to satisfy a $66 million dollar verdict.
